GreenMind Trust is a registered public charitable trust based in Gharsana, working across District Sri Ganganagar. We plant native trees, and we get books to children who do not have any. We have deliberately not added a third activity.
To plant native trees where the community asks for them and to care for those trees long enough to matter — and to move books from the shelves where they sit unread to the children who would read them.
A district where every neighbourhood has trees that were chosen by the people who live beside them, and where no child is kept from reading because nobody handed them a book.
Species are chosen for this arid belt and with the people who live beside them — never for how quickly they photograph well.
A sapling in the ground is not an outcome. Watering, mulching and replacing losses is planned before a drive is scheduled.
Locations are proposed by residents, schools and panchayats. Our job is to help, not to own the site afterwards.
We would rather show an empty page than a number nobody can check. Figures appear here only once they are recorded and dated.
No figures have been verified for publication yet.
We publish a number here only once there is a record behind it — a drive log, a signed collection note, a dated count. Nothing is shown until then.
A deliberately small core. Almost everything that happens in the field is done by volunteers who live there.
