We keep as little information about you as possible, and we tell you plainly what happens to what we do keep. This policy covers this website, our forms and our newsletter.
We collect only what we need to reply to you and to run our two activities. There is no account system on this website, no advertising network and no third-party analytics.
When you submit a form, the details are validated and written to our own database, hosted with Supabase. They are readable only by the trust. The website itself has no ability to read submissions back — the database is configured so that the public key used by this site may create a record and can never retrieve one.
We do not send your details to any third party, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
Volunteer and membership records are kept while you are active with us and for two years afterwards, so we can issue a certificate or reference you may ask for. Site suggestions are kept indefinitely, because a site we could not use this year may be right in three years — tell us if you would rather we deleted yours. General enquiries are kept for twelve months. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Volunteers under eighteen need a guardian’s consent before joining field activities. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this website. Photographs taken at drives are published only where guardian consent has been recorded, and we remove any image on request without asking for a reason.
To exercise any of these, write to greenmindtrust.in@gmail.com. We respond within thirty days.
This site is served over HTTPS and sets standard security headers. Submissions are stored in a database with row-level security enabled: the key this website uses can insert a record and has no permission to read, change or delete one. Access to the stored records is limited to the trust. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected people promptly if we ever become aware of a breach involving their information.
If we begin accepting donations online, or add anything that changes what we collect, this policy will be updated before that goes live and the date at the top of the page will change.
Questions about this policy can be sent to greenmindtrust.in@gmail.com, by phone on +91 98752 51994, or by post to Gharsana, District Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan – 335707, India.
