By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
GreenMind Trust is a Registered Public Charitable Trust · Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, running native tree plantation drives and book donation drives. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean the trust; “you” means anyone using this website.
You keep ownership of anything you submit. By sending it you give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for — to reply to you, to plan a drive, or to arrange a collection. We may decline any submission, and we are not obliged to act on a suggested site or a pledged donation.
How we store and protect submissions is set out in our privacy policy.
Submitting a volunteer application does not create an employment relationship, a contract of service, or any entitlement to payment. Volunteering with us is unpaid and voluntary on both sides — either party may end the arrangement at any time.
Field activities involve outdoor physical work. Volunteers are responsible for assessing their own fitness to take part, for following the safety briefing given at each site, and for arranging their own insurance. Volunteers under eighteen must provide guardian consent.
Online donations are not open at the time of writing. Any donation made by direct transfer is voluntary, non-refundable except where required by law, and applied to our activities at the discretion of the trustees, taking stated preferences into account wherever practical. We will publish separate donation terms before online giving opens.
Donated books that we cannot use are passed to another organisation or recycled rather than returned, unless you ask us in advance to return them.
All text, graphics, logos and design on this site belong to the trust or are used with permission, unless stated otherwise. You may share and quote our published figures and activity descriptions for non-commercial purposes with attribution and a link back to this site. Our name and logo may not be used to imply endorsement or partnership without written consent.
Any figure published on this site is drawn from our own records and carries the note explaining where it came from and when it was last checked. Where we have no verified figure, we publish none rather than an estimate. We correct errors as soon as we identify them, but we make no warranty that every figure is current at the moment you read it.
Drive dates and locations can change at short notice, particularly with the weather. Check the drive page before travelling.
This site links to external services such as our social media profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
We may update these terms as the site grows — most immediately if online donations are introduced. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
